ANTI-EXPLOSION VENT PANELS

By aircom In News

In an industrial plant, explosions represent a real danger against which protection is essential. The venting panels are the ideal product for this purpose

In recent decades, following the increase in workplace accidents resulting from explosions, the commitment to research and development of ideal products to mitigate the dangerous consequences is increased. In particular, Aircom has focused on the improvement and production of explosion vent panels and anti-explosion vent panels, both for outdoor and indoor, also of the resealable and reusable type, in order to avoid – or at least limit – damage to things or people.

In order to minimize this risk, it is essential to implement adequate protective measures for the safety of the operators and the systems themselves. For in-depth information on explosion protection systems you can visit this page.

ATEX Safety Systems

To minimize the risk of explosion, Aircom offers venting panels and anti-explosion vent panels certified according to the EN 14797 Standard, designed to guarantee a safe working space, produced in a wide range of sizes to operate under pressure or depression.

Aircom’s production also includes resealable and reusable vent panels. In this case the device opens at the pressure due to the burst, leaving the vent opening completely free, without however releasing parts of the element itself. Panels of this type are built to be placed on vertical flat surfaces, in containers or silos, fixing the vent panel to frames welded directly to the equipment to be protected.
